At Chosen Health and Wellness, we believe in the body’s natural ability to heal when given the right support. Located in the heart of Faerie Glen, Pretoria East, our practice offers a holistic approach to wellness —combining therapeutic massage, detox treatments, and natural therapies tailored to your unique needs.

We are passionate about helping individuals manage pain, reduce stress, and restore balance; physically, emotionally, and mentally. Whether you are seeking relief from chronic pain, improved mobility, or simply a moment to breathe and relax, we are here to support your healing journey.

Our Story

Chosen Health and Wellness was born from a deep desire to help others feel better, live well, and find peace in their bodies again. With over two decades of experience in the healthcare field, including working closely with medical doctors and supporting patients, our founder,
Elma Els, transitioned into holistic wellness to offer more hands-on, personalized healing.

What started as a calling became a full-time mission to provide a safe, nurturing space where people can experience natural healing through techniques like ozone therapy, manual lymph drainage, reflexology, sports massage, and more. Every treatment is given with care, compassion, and purpose because we believe you are chosen for health, and you deserve to feel your best.
